This is my easy go to for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These wraps are incredibly versatile!
Whip up your favorite taco ingredients & enjoy.
LETTUCE WRAP TACOS
For the veggies:
2 tbsp coconut oil
handful of mushrooms
1 head of broccoli
1/2 of an onion
1/2 tbsp Coconut Aminos (optional)
Sauté on medium heat until tender.
Gently rinse the butter lettuce & layer to make a sturdy enough “shell”
Add refried beans, sautéed veggies, sliced onion, cilantro, avocado, hemp seeds, garlic salt & hot sauce.
If you struggle to feel fully satiated after a meal, make sure your enjoying bountiful amounts of avocado on your wraps!
