Hemp Mylk Recipe

Hemp seeds are packed with nutrition and are also one of the easiest “nut” milks to make! Sipping on this super food mylk will have you feeling nourished and energized in no time! All you need is 5 simple ingredients!

INGREDIENTS :

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1.5 cups water

1 date de pitted

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Add all ingredients to a vitamix or high speed blender. A strainer may be needed if the hemp seed don’t fully break down.

Shake with ice for a refreshing beverage.

Store in the fridge up to 4 days.

SPICE IT UP

GOLDEN MOON MYLK

Heat 1 cup of your Hemp Mylk on the stove

  • add 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • add 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/3 tsp cardamom

  • pinch of clove

  • 1/2 dropper of CBD

Stir and enjoy sunshine.

PINK MOON MYLK

Heat up 1 cup hemp mylk

  • 1/2 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 cinnamon stick or pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/4 - /2 tsp beet powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 dropper of CBD

Stir & enjoy.
